With this feature you are no longer on your own with a burst tyre or buckled wheel. In the event of a breakdown, theft or traffic accident, we will take you and your bike home safely! Road Assistance is exclusively available for users with an ENRA casco insurance.

Version 16.35.0
We are continuously working on improving this app. This is partly due to the feedback we receive from users. This version includes general improvements so you can enjoy a safe ride and have peace of mind when you leave your vehicle parked.
In the future, you can expect more features, services and support through this app. Enjoy being outside!

De Batavus Finez is niet uitgerust met een GPS systeem vanuit de fabriek. Hierdoor mislukt de registratie van de fiets in de Batavus Smart app. Mochten er nog vragen of opmerkingen zijn, kunt u altijd mailen naar support@conneqtech.com. Met vriendelijke groeten, Batavus Support.
Batavus app werkt niet
Sinds een maand Batavus Finez in het bezit en die bevallen beter dan verwacht. Helaas al diverse pogingen gedaan om het serienummer in te voeren maar steeds zonder succes. 2 letters en 7 cijfers. Hij pakt het niet. Opnieuw geïnstalleerd. Kortom, waardeloze app. Hebben meer gebruikers problemen met aanmelden in de app??

Beste klant, bedankt voor uw review. Helaas zijn niet alle type fietsen standaard uitgerust met een GPS systeem. De Batavus Finez is een type fiets die niet is uitgerust met een GPS systeem vanuit de fabriek. Hierdoor kunt u de fiets niet registreren in de Batavus Smart APP.
