Game softlocks in the first minute of gameplay.

Considering i am a huge battle cats nerd i decided to check this game out due its (too) similair nature but i can’t even get past the introduction!
Trying to speak to the knight when booting up the game for the very first time causes a speech bubble with japanese text to appear and then softlocks the game!
I tried clicking everywhere and rebooting it but my game gets stuck before the game even properly begins.
Please try to fix this!
