Need improvement

The best online blot game ever. But please bring some changes..
example:

1-There is no logical calculation to count the pts you earn during the Tournaments. It’s says “the winner is decided by the gained score” sometimes I win and get only 350pts, other times I lose and still get 350 pts!.... Sometimes I win the game with a difference of 100points and get only 600pts, other times I win the game with a difference of 5 points but I earn 900+ pts! And today I just got shocked by earning 0pts after winning the game! So, please explain how the hel do you calculate? This is really disappointing. It’s not challenging anymore to join the Tournament.

2-you can use in-app purchase only within 14 days. This means if you’re planning to buy 10000 chips it will be gone after 14 days even without losing/spending them.

And again this is the best online blot game I have ever played. And would love to see more improvements coming.
