Description
With the ANNAbel app you can use your smartphone for calling customers with your business phone number. You can also find the dialed and received calls quickly and easily in the recent calls list. Moreover, you can view and modify the dial plan, statistics, and accessibility at any time you want.
Calling over 4G and WiFi
With the ANNAbel app you can call over 4G or WiFi. All you need is a VoIP account that is connected to your user account. With the VoIP-account you can immediately start making VoIP calls.
If you do not have a 4G connection, the ANNAbel app uses the two-step conversation: it calls your mobile number first and then connects you to the contact you chose, showing him your business phone number.

Niet alle functies werken
Niet altijd komen oproepen binnen. Ook wordt verbinding verbroken bij het overschakelen van WiFi naar 4g of andersom. Luidspreker bellen werkt niet, er is geen gehoor en bij terugschakelen naar gewoon ook niet meer. Bij het overschakelen van bellen via carkit met Bluetooth (Parot) naar bellen aan het oor wordt de verbinding verbroken of is er nog wel verbinding maar valt het geluid weg waardoor bellers elkaar niet meer kunnen horen. Als dit opgelost wordt is het een goede app die gebruiksvriendelijk werkt.
Onwerkbaar met IPhone
Helaas is deze app niet werkbaar op de iPhone.. Probleem is bekend maar een update blijft achterwege. Na ongeveer 1 minuut schakelt de hele app ( dus ook je gesprek) uit. Toch maar overstappen of is er op korte termijn een oplossing?
