Goeie app
Ik was aanvankelijk boos op deze ontwikkelaar. Zoals bij meer apps wordt verwezen naar het gebruik van ITunes, in dit geval om de ringtone ook daadwerkelijk te kunnen gebruiken op je mobiele telefoon.
En vanwege de upgrade naar Catalina op mijn Mac is ITunes niet meer. Ik zal u niet vermoeien met de problemen did ik ondervond om ITunes toch beschikbaar te krijgen op de Mac. Daar ging van alles fout incluis het bereiken van Apple Support.
En daar ging / gaat het bij de ontwikkelaar van deze app juist erg goed: support. Deze ringtone ontwikkelaar bood een oplossing om ITunes heen. Gewoon via de Finder. De snelle reactie om deze ietwat gefrustreerde klant weer in dit product te doen geloven mag een voorbeeld zijn in ‘support land’.
Ik vergeet dan bijna te zeggen dat de app gewoon doet wat ie beloofd. Ringtones maken en beschikbaar stellen op je mobile. Voor mij 5 sterren.

Hallo, Apple staat momenteel niet toe dat apps beltonen rechtstreeks in de map met beltonen van de iPhone plaatsen. Het is Apple-beperking, je moet een computer gebruiken om je beltonen in te stellen. Als Apple deze functie in de toekomst echter ondersteunt, wordt deze zo snel mogelijk aan onze app toegevoegd.
Ook zijn er in de App 2 knoppen, één om uit te leggen hoe u Catalina kunt installeren (met iTunes) en een andere met uw computer onder Catalina (zonder iTunes). Als u nog steeds problemen ondervindt, kunt u rechtstreeks contact met ons opnemen via gajodev@gmail.com

Stom dar je eerst he laptop of computer moet aansluiten voirdat he jan downloaden het kan ook gewoon zonder verrander dat aub!
