Free version works fine

Been using the free version for quite some time and it works just fine. Connecting is usually quick and it auto-reconnects after opening your laptop again. For more flexibility and faster servers, try the paid version. Occasionally your connection speed may drop drastically, but a quick disconnect and re-connect tends to solve that. Nice touch there is a mobile version too.

This is app is a scam,
you cant use anything but the basic settings when you download the ‘’free’’ version.

right away they ask for credit card and the app isn’t as streamlined as you expected.
Im trying to cancel my subscription so i dont get billed by these scammers!!!

1. Open the App Store and at the bottom, tap Featured.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap your Apple ID (Make sure to Sign In first).
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Under “Subscriptions,” tap Manage.
5. Tap your Betternet Premium subscription.
6. Switch Off Auto-Renewal and then click Confirm.

**FROM YOUR iOS 11**
1.Launch the Settings app.
2.Tap iTunes & App Store.
3.Tap on your Apple ID.
4.Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
5.Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
6.Tap Subscriptions.
7.Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
8. Tap your Betternet Premium subscription.
9. Switch Off Auto-Renewal and then click Confirm.

For help cancelling auto -pay, please contact us through our app tap 3-Bar icon and please select the second option"Contact us", then click on "Something Else" to guide you through the steps.
