BetterSnapTool allows you to easily manage your window positions and sizes by either dragging them to one of the screen's corners or to the top, left or right side of the screen. This enables you to easily maximize your windows, position them side by side or even resize them to quarters of the screen.
If you need even more than those standard snap areas, BetterSnapTool now allows you to create your own, custom snap areas anywhere on your display. These can resize & move windows to any possible position.
More features included are:

• customizable keyboard shortcuts to trigger any snap area
• lots of design customization options
• always accessible pop up menu showing all possible snap sizes / positions
• move or resize the window below the cursor while holding customizable modifier keys.

Gewoonweg briljant!
Na al vele jaren overgestapt te zijn op de Mac, heb ik de splitscreen feature die al snel in Windows zat altijd gemist. Dus, waarom ik niet gelijk op zoek ben gegaan naar DEZE app weet ik niet, maar hij is gewoonweg briljant! Eenvoudig in gebruik, razendsnel en bovenal doet hij precies wat ik wil… mijn beeldscherm splitten als ik met 2 documenten naast elkaar wil werken.
Bedankt aan de maker en de paar euro echt dubbel en dwars waard! Geen flauw idee overigens waarom dit niet standaard op deze eenvoudige wijze in de macOS aanwezig is.
Helaas, doet niets meer
Na update naar MacOs Mojave is de app niet meer op te starten. Ik lees neregns dat er compatibiliteitsproblemen zijn.

Hello! Thank you very much for your feedback. In general BetterSnapTool 1.9 should already work fine on Mojave, however some systems seem to be affected by an issue with the Accessibility settings on macOS Mojave. It can be fixed by doing the following: Go to System Preferences => Security & Privacy => Privacy => Accessibility. Then remove BetterSnapTool from that list using the "-" button. Afterwards add it again to that list. Now it should be working. If it works, it would be great if you'd update your rating again. A Must have for every MAC owner
This program is at it best in ultra fast windows snapping and organisation. A MUST have for every MAC user, way better than MAC own window control!
