The download of Beyond is free of charge. Once users register they will have to subscribe in order to get access to the app content. We offer the following auto-renewing subscriptions:

Your subscription will work across your devices and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

I love it!!

The Beyond app is a great investment in your life !! Before I did go to the gym with my self made work out plan, but these exercises are what I really needed. The work out plans are so good put together, I feel very energized and strong after a workout. I also love the meal plans, the portion sizes are just right ( sometimes with a recipe you make to much or not enough). Really recommend this app, if you are a beginner or more advanced, it is in my sight one of the best work out/lifestyle apps.

Overall okay

It’s enough if you only want get into a shape but not for advanced level gym people for the following reasons:
-not enough rest time (for sure I can rest more but if I’m going to think such details why would I pay for an app)
-usually too much exercises in one session, gives me the impression that was designed for people who works out with low weights
-some supersets make 0 sense if you are going to public gym like who can use treadmill and hamstrings curl machine(just an example) for 10 sets

Great app, but could be even better

I really enjoy the app. I think the workouts are great and the recipes look yummie.

There are some things that I really miss when working out though. I hope in the future these things can be added:

- Notes section next to exercises
Right now you can track your weight, when doing the exercises. However I would love to be able to write down how I felt, whether the weight was moving easy or not, whether I used a different grip or a different exercise. Right now it’s not possible since you can’t write notes next to the reps/weight.

- When I do the workout from the weekly planner overwiew, it doesn’t cross the same workout as finished in the workouts schedule.
Also I wish that the workouts schedule would just move each week no matter whether you crossed all workouts off or not.

- I would really love to see an improved swap feature for the exercises. You can now swap exercises for ALL exercises available. It would be much more convenient if the app would show you 3-4 swaps that target the exact same muscle. Also it would be great you could swap exercise for an easier or harder version if you want to push yourself or have a hard day.

- it would be great if you could filter workouts by time.

- I would love to see a 3 x full body split instead of 2 lower one upper
