Great service

We went to London for a couple of days and used the Big Bus Tours, every single employee is very helpfull and kind.
We had a wheelchair as well and they all help you to get in and out the bus.
I recommend the 2 or 3 day ticket because that’s included with the river cruise!
After all great service and very nice employees!

Bad no busses to be found

We found 1 bus after too long waiting and on the blue line 0 buses. Too expensive. You get a tape playing the route. Very bad sound quality in the buses.

Poorly working app

Paris: wrong map and the route, buses are not identified, gps of buses on the map is incorrect, no useful information if you click on the bus icon (always unavailable info). No use of the app.
