Description
Bilbaobizi is the new rental bike system with electric assist from Bilbao.
With our app you will be able to sign in, locate and rent bikes nearby instantly.
Start cycling! Find a bike, get on it and off you go - any time of the day, with your smart phone. All you need is the Bilbonbizi App, which will show you all available bikes and stations in real time.
Everything at a glance: manage your account, redeem vouchers, get the latest news from the system, give feedback or contact our customer service team directly. To rent a bike, enter the bike number or scan the QR code. For return, simply select a station and place the bike at any free lock.

Unresponsive app. Got stuck few times
App is unresponsive quite often. Some of the issues are persistent.
For example. I park my bike for a few mins and use the back lock.
I’m ABSOLUTELY UNABLE to restart / unpark the bike. As when I open the window for the existing rental the app freezes. EVERYTIME. I tried twenty times. And restating that app.
I’m unable to cycle. I have to CARRY THE BIKE BY HAND and I’m not even sure if dropping it at the nearest station would flag the rental as finished..
Buggy. Broken customer service. What a pity.
