BodyState transforms your Apple Watch data into a battery for body and mind. It helps you tailor your lifestyle, habits, and training programs to unlock your potential. At its core, BodyState uses four metrics to compute a score from 1 to 100, representing your body's state. A score closer to 100 means you are rested and ready to tackle what life brings.

The four metrics are crucial. They are sleep, fatigue, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate. These metrics significantly impact your health. They are measured against your personal baselines to understand your current energy level.

You recharge your battery while you sleep. When awake, it depletes. Activity level and sleep pressure affect the depletion rate. High activity drains the battery, while sleep pressure builds as you stay awake.

Good privacy and practical interface

Amazing app, it's been very accurate for me. I love the new update for WatchOS, and immediately put the watch complications to use. Thanks, keep up the good work!

Update problems

It is nice to have a indication of your body state but sometimes de graph doesn’t match the numbers and the number at the apple watch doesn’t sync automatically with the phone.
It is a very nice app but it needs some bugfixes.
