Great app

It's a great app and very handy for traveling. It shows when you will have your flight and they can book the best hotels and cars.
Again great app!

Customer service

Can’t modify my flight due to an error on website, can’t modify my flight through the help they provide on phone either. They are not even linking me to an authorized person who I can talk to. Don’t ever use it!

A challenge

If you want to get in touch with Bravofly it’s near on impossible. Their customer service cut your phone calls off, and online enquiry is met with and error occurred please try later’ message. Unless they are actually taking cash from you it seems they are not interested in you as a customer.
