BF let’s people pay for games that don’t work

Here a problem with the elevator key too. Can’t proceed the game. This is an exciting problem since 2016(!!) Why doesn’t BF fix this bug? It can’t be a big deal for them.

Lots of bugs

Several times the solutions don’t work and the game is stuck. For instance the letteropener to pick up the piano emblem and the elevator key. Very frustrating.
