Almost perfect needs search, widgets, Google Maps and iPad
with great location search for an appointment, travel time indication, great list view and no tracking.
Features missing:
Search in past years and future
Homescreen widgets: list of today, and next two days in eg 3 columns for middle sized widget
5-7 days list for biggest size widget
iPad support
Google Maps support
Optional in-app to support the app development (coffee, lunch)
Bugs:
I’ve chosen List view in the settings. When Selected it stayed at day in view but after reopening the app it did show list in the settings. It also launched the list view when opening however it first quickly shows the day view though
To avoid a red banner that stays there even when I don’t want notifications from your calendar app. I turned it off when I installed the app but later on it asked again and then looked at a red banner in the bottom in the end I manually turned off badge notification in the app that probably triggered it. Now the red banner is gone
In the notes of an appointment from Google Calendar there is code around URLs and bold (see screenshot and example:
