Description
With Call a Bike, you are spontaneously and flexibly mobile around the clock. Whether you're on your way to work, after work or on a city trip, with Call a Bike you can rent a bike at any time and anywhere in Germany.
A total of 13,000 bikes are available in over 80 cities. You can also use the app to hire a bike from StadtRAD Hamburg and Lüneburg as well as RegioRadStuttgart.
All bikes are displayed on an interactive map in the app. You can rent them using the QR code or by entering the bike number.
You can pause your journey: simply activate it in the app and close the bike lock.
To return the bike, take it to one of the Call a Bike stations that you can find on the interactive map in the app.
You can view the details and costs of your journeys in your bookings at any time. You can also redeem voucher codes, report damage and manage your customer account here.

Great service, great app !
I just sat down at a bicycle station, downloaded the app, topped in my credentials, and grabbed a bike ! And another one for my partner.
And it's a very good bike, at € 15 a day: 2 handbrakes, 7 gears, easy adjustable saddle, a tad fatter tires, just what we were looking for.
You need to get used to the lock, but it's actually so much easier (with key code) than using a chain with some rusty pad lock...
And the app also deserves much of the credit. It's easy, clear and very attentive.
This is the Uber of the bike rentals 😄
Not able to sign up
If you use the app to sign up for a subscription, you will need to accept the credit card payment. When you return to the app, you will have to register again. If you subscribe via the browser, you will not receive a text message and your registration will be cancelled.

App is not very accurate
We did return bikes on proper place. And still being charged.
