HOW TO PLAY CANASTA
The goal of Canasta is to collect as many points as possible by drawing and removing peer cards. Unlike Rummy, Canasta is not about ending the game as fast as possible. To complete a round, you need a set of seven cards which is called natural Canasta. A mixed Canasta must contain at least four equal cards. The rest can be filled with wild cards. In addition to the Joker, all 2s are considered wild cards. The wild cards can replace any other card.

best canasta app

playing works great. Would like to have more rule options

Not safe enough financially

This is actually a very polished app and Canasta is a delighting game to play.

The reason then I dispense only two stars, is that this unfortunate thing happened twice to me: that I accidentaly choose the wrong table to play at (tables pop up and out and up and down the screen as new players arrive and tables are fixed) which cost me way more chips than I intended.

First time this happened it cost me a whopping 1000 chips (€ 10,—) and the second time 100 chips (€ 1,—). I dare even to say that maybe other players prey on this by placing ridicilously high bets on and off.

works ok but works bit complicated

game app works ok but is a bit funny/difficult to operate. expensive to play as each play costs considerable amount of tokens
getting to the stage where to can play with friends is quite costly as that works by setting up teams which costs per player and will cost to maintain as well
commenting on / rating of players that sabotage or leave early is too limited
