Various bug fixes and improvements

Books take forever to open and no support

Even if I leave the app open on my phone, going back to the same book I was reading after only a few minutes, it takes over a minute for the book to open while you can only view a blank page. I have 300mbps internet and everything else works except this app, and there's no way to contact Aldiko support. I'd avoid buying books that require this app.

Aside from that, notetaking and editing are easier on this app, so that's a plus, but highlighting text requires too many gestures. "translate" pops up first on ios and requires sliding the popup bubble to reach highlight, annoying when doing dozens of highlights etc.
