Can not cancel

Can not cancel subscription with a dutch mobile number. No reset password with email. No sms reset code. Wow how can a app be so difficult. Withdrawal of subscription keeps on going without notification. Its a scam.

Terrible customer service

Worst customer service ever. Been in contact 3 times now with no actual solution but a “we’ll get back to you”. Never heard from them again. Deducted money from my account which should not have been deducted, nothing I can do about it.
