Onbetrouwbaar
Duurt maanden voordat kapotte fietsen in de buurt worden gerepareerd (Den Haag Centrum), en de Google map in de app zelf heeft de laatste tijd 9 van de 10 keer storing waardoor je uberhaupt geen beschikbare fietsen kan zien
Slecht geregeld
2 dagen op rij is er geen een fiets beschikbaar in Utrecht, ik heb ze binnen werktijden opgeteld 5x geprobeerd te bellen en elke keer wordt er niet opgenomen. Erg onprofessioneel
