Happy afterall

I rented a car at budget from them and arriving at the desk of budget they didn’t have My reservation. After contacting them, they told mep i didn’t make a reservation altough they did charge My creditcard. After sending the confirmation mails they returned the money and appologized for the mistake.

The service is wonderful
