  • Change color cards?

    Is there an option to change the color for different cards? Now all my cards are pink for different groups and its difficult to differentiate.

    Hi Julia, thanks for your review! When you create a new group, you are asked which type the group is (friend/couple/roommate). All of these types have their own card color! So you can just leave and recreate some groups with another type to have different card colors. Hope this helps!

  • Mijn kaart wordt afgekeurd

    Ik heb samen met een vriend een kaart maar deze doet het, na ongeveer een maand het wel te hebben gedaan, niet meer. De kaart wordt bij elke pin afgekeurd :(

  • Kan helaas niet met alle bankpasjes

    Ik dacht dat dit echt een top app zou zijn want het idee is echt top! Maar kan helaas niet met abn ambro bank en ook niet met asn bank. Kunnen deze banken er aan toegevoegd worden ?

    Unfortunately, ABN Amro and ASN Banks are the only bank in the Netherlands which you won't be able to connect to Cino yet. We will update you as soon as this changes. The good news is that Maestro cards are in the process of being replaced to Visa & Mastercard cards which you will have no issue to connect. To expedite the process, you might ask ABN Amro if they can already switch your card, or if you have another Visa/Mastercard card with any other bank then you can connect it with Cino.

    Could you send us to support@getcino.com to help you further? The only cards you can not connect to Cino yet are ABN Amro card and ASN Cards in the Netherlands
