We’ve been listening carefully to your feedback and have worked on enhancing the user experience. Here are some major app improvements:
• We added a Home screen with the most popular options to help you navigate;
• You can always continue your visit where you left in one click from the Home screen;
• It is now possible to purchase multiple tour packages in-app;
• You can use the code several times on the same device if you lost access to your guide for any reason.

App bedient moeizaam op iPhone 14
De bediening zit helemaal boven en onder op het scherm, en reageert daardoor niet goed. Je moet wat meer naar het midden van het scherm klikken om te bedienen, en dat lukt moeizaam.

App crashes, downloads do not work.
Feels like a scam. I was not able to listen to the audio guide I bought and downloaded, because the app kept crashing. Keep the euro I paid, and please fix the app.
