Easy improvements possible

At first, the doorbel looks and feels sophisticated, much better than the Ring doorbell. Also nice is that, in contradiction to Ring, I can use any standard doorbell that I like(12v or above).
Though in the app and cloud there is room for improvements: 1. The quality of the video in the cloud is too low and could use a higher bitrate. (When looking live the quality is perfect). 2. In the early morning the device is switching from the night (ir) to day setting and back, it keeps going back and forth and it also makes this registration in the cloud. Software should define that during the switch no cloud registration in generated. Also software should dampen the switching such that it only switches once. 3. When a cloud session is registered it should start 2-5 seconds earlier such that the approach of the person is registered. Now you will see the person walking away. 4. When pressing the doorbell the bell will ring for a pre-defined time; it would be nice to be able to adapt the time of ringing.

Werkt niet goed opslag is niet bereikbaar

Ik kan niet terug kijken meer terwijl de opslag geldig is tot 7 maart 2023 wat kan ik eraan doen

Cloud opname werkt niet meer

Cloud opname werkt al enige tijd niet meer. Contact met Nederlandse helpdesk gehad. Moet opgelost worden door Comelit italie, echter wordt er niets opgelost door hun. Waardeloos product op deze manier.
