Works great in my opinion. Sometimes you need to wait awhile. But very handy.

Not reliable
You can not rely on this app. Drivers accept and do not show up or cancel the rides. Each time you ask then for a new ride they reserve money on your creditcard but if you need to do that 3 times in 10 minutes to find a ride your credit card company sees this as fraud and blocks them so you can’t book anything anymore

Hard to use the map
Registering was fast.
The map is hard to use
1) I can’t rotate to my orientation.
2) to pinpoint pickup or destination I need to zoom in to accurately pin. But after doing that, the map zooms out again so I can’t pick or see where I am or want to go.
Location search needs improvement. It works with addresses but does not seem to understand points of interest.
