Cyberduck is an FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, OpenStack Swift, Backblaze B2, Microsoft Azure & OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox browser to transfer files to your web hosting service provider and connecting to cloud storage accounts from Rackspace Cloud Files, Google Storage and Amazon S3 with the same easy to use interface with quickly accessible bookmarks. The browser allows to download, upload and move or copy files using drag and drop with an hierarchical view to browse large folder structures efficiently. Transfers are handled with ease including synchronisation of local with remote directories. To edit files, a seamless integration with any external editor application makes it easy to change content quickly. Both Amazon CloudFront and Akamai content delivery networks (CDN) can be easily configured to distribute your files worldwide from edge locations.

Goed en simpel

Cyberduck doet wat het moet doen voor de gemiddelde gebruiker. Geen overbodige toeters en bellen dus. Dat is gelijk de kracht van Cyberduck. Het aanmaken van een nieuwe verbinding kan iets duidelijker alleen. Voor de rest ben ik er happy mee!

Continuous connection problems

Worthless piece of ***. When downloading and uploading large files or folders from the server, the message Connection Refused appears after a few minutes. Every. Single. Time. Can't do anything after that. Even clicking on the question mark is useless: the page does not exist. FileZilla can, however, connect to the server without any problems. A waste of money.

Slow and no local explorer

Connection to FTP is somehow slower (feels like it keeps having to reconnect) and it doesn't even have a local explorer, forcing you to keep opening an extra finder window. Like a car with two wheels.

@developers reaction: have you seen the price on that? Thereby, other available software should not keep Cyberduck from being good software.
