Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

Amazing!
Great app with very nice UI and perfect implementation! Small proposal: Would be nice to be able to pause counter. Now there is no way to make a break from the activity.

Pause feature is something that is in our long-term plans. It is more challenging to be added because a lot of places in the app will need to show meaningfully the pause of the counter and we are still figuring out how to do it the best so the user experience remains good. Stay tuned!
