Modern App - great deal
What should be added: finger print login on mobile phone. Not protected now. And ‘select’ button in photos, comparable you have in iPhoto. If you want to delete 25 photos from your storage, it requires 25 times ‘delete’, which is not user friendly. Overall, it’s a good app, which you can’t be compared with Dropbox. Different concept, different objectives.

No support, even for a paid package!
I ran into an issue using the app, so I checked the FAQ on their website. This didn’t have the solution. I then searched for their support email, which is very hard to find, it should really be very easy to find but anyhow that’s what it is.
Then I emailed support and waited over the weekend, no response, fine. During a working still no response. I sent an email to check up on the ticket. I’m still waiting.
Earlier I received an email from their CEO Carl Hasselskog. This was sent from a no reply so my reply came back with an error.
Needles to say I bought the lifetime 10TB package. It seems as if I have wasted my money!
Look this service isn’t the fastest and doesn’t have the best working app. I don’t mind sitting that out! However, when I ran into an issue and that prevents me from making back ups, thats make it a whole big issue in itself again! How one problem turns out into bigger problems...and there’s NO SUPPORT?
