In theory it would be great, in practice this app falls short
For a 'customer support app' Salesforce has to STRP UP THEIR GAME.
Would be awesome if this app would work. But:
- It doesn't run smoothly
- has little functionality
- simple message composing / scrolling (basics...) are a laugh
- server connection drops in most critical moments (when sending a reply to a customer and not saving the message...)
- log in issues
- cant be logged in on 2 devices simultaneously
Etc, etc, etc. Get to work people!
