Problems are solved quickly

I had problems after paying for the premium features (I couldn’t access them) but after mailing Dots, I quickly received response from Jose and they worked on it right away and solved the issue quickly! I’m very happy and looking forward to using the app at my wedding!

It’s a good idea but

Memories are the photos, so I expect it to be the core functionality and best part of the app…Browsing photos is not a good experience. Takes you to a different place every time and doesn’t tell you upfront that selecting multiples photos to download will request you to pay. Would be nice to tap on the top right corner to scroll al the way up as any other app or at least have a scroll to top button. Scrolling through the list of images feels poor since when an image goes out of the viewport, and then back in, it’s not showing and instead looks like if it loads again..
