DS file 4+

Sadly I cannot login

I cannot login with my custom domain name.. every other app works except the DS File app.. It can’t connect for some reason. I copied the same settings from surveillance except for the sub domain name.

When I login locally with my login details it’s working fine.

Not good

Uploading does not work. Files to select are not visible so rather useless app.

WHY REMOVE HEVC/H265 (Apple’s iOS and security camera standard!!)

I do NOT need a crappy explanation since it is VERY NECESSARY TO STORE AND DECODE H265 & HEVC AND THUS NOT A PROBLEM TO SPEND MY POWER AND MY CPUCYCLES ON THIS!! that explanation is simply intolerable and I think very untrue as well. moving my iPhone media & backup & camera security system from “perfect” to “impossible” in a single step “to maximise user experience and system efficiency” rubbish THERE IS NO DECENCY IN SUCH A REMOVAL OF FUNCTION AND NO EFFICIENCY LEFT SINCE THE EXPERIENCE IS RUINED (by Mr Hsu &co!) [Actions Before Occurrence or Steps to Reproduce the Problem] None or: create a system full of iPhone and iPad media players n multiple households spend a couple of thousand € on h265 cameras , high grade disks and Synology and AV1 storage. Old) Why is it not required to login with a known user setup BEFORE SETTING UP THE PIN CODE? I was able to alter any/all Synology app PIN codes while the in app user was in a non active state since no OTP was given. Login with MFA before alterations to PIN setup can be made?? If one goes to the ‘settings menu’ and set it to FORGET ACCOUNT it will still remember your login name and the machine (since for some dump reasoning Synology thinks single sign on for any and all apps/machines is the norm and thus disregard the NOT SET TO REMEMBER SETTING. Is a setting that does not set anything a setting???
