The easyAsPieDB project (formerly "Objectality") has been providing free upgrades for over seven (7) years, all for no fee or a one-time fee of about $5.

The app has grown tremendously over the years and requires considerable maintenance effort to support new iOS versions and fix technical issues, not to mention adding new features. Effectively, as of the 2.0 version of easyAsPieDB, the former In-App Purchase system has been changed to a recurring In-App Subscription system, starting at only $2.99 per month.
