The new version of our app has arrived to make everything better and easier. Now, you'll also be able to find the "supermarket" category in your search results so you can compare products instantly. Additionally, when you select "search" within a store, you'll be shown products you've ordered in the past so you don't forget anything. And as always, we're fixing and beautifying the app, for you!

More better than Wolt, where my orders get rejected from time to time. Never happened on e food…. Only not so nice thing is that sometimes they charge extra for the delivery
Όλα κομπλέ, αλλά...
Πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την υπηρεσία. Περιμενω απ την άλλη να δω τι παίζει με το “scroutz food” που μόλις βγήκε. Το σημαντικότερο «μειονέκτημα» είναι ότι λογοκρίνετε κάποιες κριτικές καταστημάτων. Δώστε βάση, είναι πολύ σοβαρό. Παραγγέλνω σχεδόν κάθε μέρα στη δουλειά (από αυτό το account ή από συναδελφους) έχω παρατηρήσει ότι κάποιες φορές στην τυχερή πινιατα κάποιοι βάζουν ΣΑΠΙΑ προϊόντα ( έχοντας ευαίσθητο στομάχι πολλές φορές με έχει πιάσει διάρροια) πάω να γράψω ΠΟΛΥ άσχημη κριτική ώστε να προφυλάξω τους άλλους καταναλωτές, κ εσείς την κόβετε... παιδιά το θέμα είναι σοβαρό, δεν μπορεί ο κάθε τυχαίος να μας ταΐζει ότι να ναι και αυτό να μην φαίνεται πουθενά... πολλές φορές έχω πάρει τηλ το κατάστημα να ενημερώσω ότι μας ταΐζουν σαλμονέλα και σαπίλα...
I thought i m back in time
Worst app I be used for such a big company that’s efood is in Greece … from time to time the app takes a whole minute to load info for a shop, then another minute to add my order in my basket. I double checked my internet connection that happened in 2 different wifis and in 5G in several places so connection is not an issue. After using the app couple of times my Apple Pay card (Greek) got rejected twice (!!!) then magically accepted the third time… you re a leading company in food delivery services in Greece so pay a developer team a decent amount of money to build and maintain a proper app, this is ridiculous …
