Don’t download this app. You get ripped!

Premium subscription no longer active after update

My premium subscription is no longer active after updating the app, and restoring my purchase fails. I’ve sent an email to support[at]basenjiapps.com twice, but have not received a response. I would definitely not recommend buying it, unless it gets solved. UPDATE #1: It’s been three weeks now and still no response. I would definitely not recommending buying it. UPDATE #2: @Basenji Apps: Yes, sure. Let’s work things out. Could you please respond to the email I sent on March 11? Thanks.
