Not there yet

This app has great potential but misses on a number of points:

1. There is no customer support available through the app nor does there appear to be a website with user instructions;

2. Saving to a PDF does not work. First, one gets two sequential dialogs and upon trying them one gets the message "This application is not allowed to print. Please contact your application vendor for an update".

3. One cannot save a Latext equation to a file so that it can be read in later for re-cycling.

4. The first, small equation "1 2=3" displays with a big (beautiful) font. A longer equation "X[k]=\frac{1}{N}\sum_{n=0}^{N-1}x[n]e^{-jk{(2\pi/N)}n} \qquad k=0,1,2,\ldots,N-1" resizes to a smaller font and, worse yet, is saved via PNG to a small (ugly) version that is unusable. The big font version worked fine but is no longer accessible. Why can't I choose the rendering size in Preferences?

5. "Automatically close brackets" is not working.

6. The saved PNG image seems to have a standard 512 x 512 size. Couldn't it be the smallest enclosing rectangle for the equation?

Perhaps these problems and their solutions are explained in User Help but I can't find it in the Help Menu.
