Transaction stuck

Good design and nice to use. But got problems with a transaction. Lose a lots off money this way.

*response: How can this be still under investigation after I send all proof of verification 7 months ago! This is NOT acceptable service!

Freewallet blocks your account for no reason when you try to get your funda out, I have been blocked for 7 months now and even though they promise to resolve the issue as soon as possible, still nothing….. This app and company is the worst do NOT trust them or use them!
