Bug since update

Hi, since the update i have experienced issues with seeing my pass. A few times the app has said that i have to add a pass, even when i have been traveling for 2 weeks now. This has happend when i was being checked by the conductor wanted to check my pass, its really stressfull. Please fix it fast!

We're very sorry this is happening! We're investigating what could be causing this issue for some of the App users. In the meantime, you can circumvent this problem by either restarting the App or connecting to the internet while loading your ticket. Please contact us directly if you need further assistance. Big problems with app and train times

First of all: the app. I have had several times I couldn’t show the barcode when a conductor came to me to scan my ticket. The ‘show ticket’ button just did not work. Not even on my 4G. Also, Interrail doesn’t provide you with ANY information regarding train times, delays etc., very annoying.
