Unique and amazing app

This app is one of a kind. It is the one and only app I found that holds into account non- sponteneous pregnancies and everything involved. Throughout my journey, I found understanding here and above all peace of mind to help me to have faith in my body and to go along on this rollercoaster ride. It has helped me so much, both in good and bad days.

Eventually I could easily introduce myself to helpful delivery techniques. And I was able to start exercizing again via the app, despite my postpartum injuries.

The monthly rate is not cheap but when you know the app: it gives you good value for money. After 1 year, I still use it to sleep well. I sometimes think of quitting but I kinda am smitten with my favorite meditations 😅.

I would like to thank the Expectful staff for keeping an open-mind about everything that has to do and you could experience as a woman around the miracle of getting pregnant, whatever the path you are following.

Ace app, must get

Enjoyed short daily meditations of 5-10 minutes. After 40 weeks daily meditations do not pop-up automatically, yet are still to be located. Sometimes I tried calculating back to metric (baby weight/length). App even includes courses, yet chapters did not play automatically and I had to press start manually. Really thankful I found this app and subscribed as soon as I could.

Expectful helped me navigating this journey

All meditations are super usefull to navigate true the wonderfull and also hard times you go through during pregnancy, postpartum and even motherhood. A long with meditations you can do workouts, book or watch information videos, Q&A with professionals or read articles. I really enjoy everthing Expectful offer, i would defenately recommend this app.
