EY Mobility Pathway Employee portal Mobile App - allows you to collaborate with EY via a smartphone or tablet allowing you to remain compliant with your immigration and tax affairs while on the go. The app also provides access to a number of mobile specific features including biometrics access, location services to capture your workdays information, and the ability to upload documents from your cloud storage or pictures taken from your camera.
Mobile App benefits:
- Biometric access to minimize time to login in while supporting privacy
- Ability to upload documents from cloud storage or your local device storage
- Upload pictures of documents directly from your device’s camera or photo library
- Download documents from EY such as tax returns, visa or payroll advice
- Capture and report your location via GPS services
- Provide details for tax returns and immigration documents in My Questionnaire from any device

Needs to be more stable
Switching on face ID is futile as the app still asks for full login details every few weeks. Even banking apps do not do that and simply allow face ID to do its work.
App is not very responsive, specially trying to go to the calendar section. Is just a full website loading in the background, not really an app more like a conduit.
In principle I like the app just execution is subpar already for many years
Constantly having to redo the Face ID is so frustrating
Constantly having to redo Face ID and typing in your credentials twice a day is not a lot of fun. Can we please change timing of work location reporting ourselves, not only 9.00 and 17.00h Make agenda registration easier. And no reaction, updates or improvements at all so far…
