this app really helped me, i’m not really a motivational person, even i got the results quickly after 3 days :)

i did not pay anything, you can choose certain stuff without paying.
i wanted a sharper jawline and it worked within 1 week, i wanted to eat better because my skin matters and there is a lot of info that’s very useful.

For example: ”Many fruits and vegetables are natural sources of internal Vitamin C, such as oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, spinach, cabbage, papaya, bell peppers, green peas, broccoli, grapefruit, kiwi, tomatoes, and pineapple.”
