Description
Programmed by Camille LeBlanc Bazinet, the Feroce Fitness app will give you daily workouts, weekly meal plans and access to our patent pending Macrocalculator which will give you a personalized weekly macro prescription to hit your goals.
You can choose from Trim, Sculpt or Build programming – each daily workout has a different focus and will take about 40 mins to complete. Trim workouts can be done at home with no equipment, Sculpt uses minimal equipment (you can purchase our Gym in a Box to receive all items!) and Build requires gym access. Each daily workout comes with coaches support via our message board.
Feroce app gives you access to our patent pending Macro Calculator! Get your personalized weekly macro prescription to hit your goals based on our proprietary algorithm. Eating right is one of the main ways to transform your body and we make it simple with our Macro Calculator and weekly meal plans!
