A bit complicated

Fun game with nice pixel art and ff characters but there is soooo much that I don’t even know half of the stuff

Good fun - if you’re into being used as a cash cow

Bugs. Crashes. Lag. Translation SNAFUs where the original Japanese text was half-heartedly pasted into this Global version. Text errors. More bugs. Weekly, hours & hours long maintenance that breaks more than it fixes every time- these are the game’s main features.

On the financial side, this freemium game is made by a developer with little care for the community and an overabundance of dodgy cash grab tactics. In game currency is costly and summon rates are terrible. (Fork over some $50 for enough currency for a single 10+1 pull and some dailies, where the odds of getting a 5* unit at all are 3% and if you do pull one, it could still be a sucky one.)

The “deals” are often barely deals at all upon closer inspection, and overhyped community “gifts” turn out to be bundles you need to pay for first; like the latest cash only summon banner for 1(!) guaranteed 5* unit that is still random.

One of the worst gacha games out there. Play only if you don’t spend any money in freemium games at all, ever, because none of the cash you spend on this game will actually be used for better servers or anything that really benefits players. If you’re willing to accept that this means you’ll likely have to make do with whatever units RNGsus gives you with currency you scrape together in game, and if you’re content to ignore half of the playable stuff in game because your units and gear will likely remain mediocre that way- this is the game for you!

Otherwise, hard pass. You can buy AAA games for the cost of a single 10+1 pull and probably get a lot more out of them GUARANTEED.

Would not recommend

It has many familiar Final Fantasy characters yay! It has its own characters and the story is nice. But this game is 90% grinding events and managing resources. It’s not worth your time to start.
