Unusable

Unable to use app I’ve added 6 smoke detectors in a network but only 4 show up. There is no way to distinguish between the smoke detectors since the app does not gone any useful information: I don’t know which smoke detector is which in the app so I cannot appoint it to a location since there are also no serial numbers on the devices I’m totally lost. Also the gateway continuously says it is offline which is strange since it is connected the the Ethernet. This is so bad that I have decided to return this product

Doesn’t work anymore

Can’t login anymore, password and login are ok but app doesn’t respond.

WiSafe 2 gateway often offline!

The smart gateway for the Fireangel WiSafe 2 fire detection set is too often offline!
Such system should never be offline!
