Not working

I can’t access the hue bridge, the ip address is correct. Connection is failing.

Developer Response ,

Hello, sorry to hear the connection is failing. Are you able to select your Hue Bridge on the Find Bridge screen? Please make sure your phone/tablet is on the same network as your Hue Bridge. Please also make sure you gave the app permission to connect to your local network: Settings > Privacy > Local Network. Contact support@firestorm.scottdodson.dev for more help.

Nice idea, but...

There needs to be work done. The idea is pretty nice, but the execution of the effect itself is relatively poor. It is not realistic whatsoever. It’s more like color changing rather than actual fast flickering. And the brightness is very low, though the settings are maxed. Besides that.. fun app to play with.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for the feedback. The flicker effect runs at a random interval and brightness for each light independently. The Lava mode has the slowest flicker rate and the Campfire mode has the fastest, but you can override the default Flicker Rate under Settings. You can override the default audio for each mode as well. Candlelight mode only changes brightness but the other modes will also change the hue based on the chosen color. Please contact me at support@firestorm.scottdodson.dev if you have any additional feedback.
