FirstSeed Calendar syncs with the built-in "Calendar" app, so you can use iCloud calendar or other online calendars to sync your events across all devices. It also syncs with the built-in "Reminders" app on your Mac, so you can use iCloud to sync your reminders across all devices.
Reminder is only partially supported. For example, sub reminders show up as no-due reminders. Full support will be provided in the future update.

This app is not standarized. Many options do no work, therefore it is way to expensive.
Cannot import ICS-files and you cannot invite people for appointments.
