• Create your own exercises and add descriptions, notes, and images.
• Create a personal training plan using the large library of exercises for different muscle groups.
• Enter weights, sets, and reps in strength workouts to keep the statistics updated.

Fitness is integrated with the Health app so you can track your progress and fill in activity rings with Fitness. (additional permissions required).

Perfecte app

Gebruik dit vooral om de maximale gewichten te noteren, zodat ik een eerstvolgende keer weet wat ik de vorige keer heb behaald. Handig met krachttraining. Heel makkelijk bij te houden. Ook in gratis versie 5 sterren waard!

Disappointing

The app looks nice and it has many exercises to choose from. The customer service is fast and helpful. But the app is hard to operate to begin with, unless you want to go for the standard programs they created. Adjusting a program or creating your own requires a lot of time to figure out how to do it. And in the end it turns out you can’t have a timer running with the program you created (to countdown between the sets and exercises). Simple thing to program but they just didn’t do it. Not worth the money. Unfortunately
