With the FitzMe app you have everything you need to work on your vitality on your phone. Follow an online introduction or training about your favourite subject, like sleep, healthy eating, stress or exercise.
Fitz, your digital assistant, will advice you during each step of the way. You can also contact a lifestyle coach to get help with making the right choices or to give you a little nudge when you need it the most
Result will motivate you! That's why you register and keep track of your progress with the app or by connecting your favourite app via Apple Health.

Our biggest update to date! We revamped the app completely based on your feedback to make it easier to get inspired, follow an online training, get in touch with a coach or keep track of your progress.

App sluit af zonderling te kunnen vullen.
Bij openen meetwaarde en invullen ge we echt sluit de App zelf weer af zonder dat je in kunt vullen.
Slecht
Dit is wel het meest verschrikkelijke wat ik laatste tijd heb gedownload. App geeft de indruk je ‘mee te nemen in een traject van 12 weekse training’ vervolgens belandt je in een soort van blogomgeving. Niks training. Koppelen met CZ en health check mislukt steeds. Bij aanpassen en invullen op app moet je steeds opnieuw inloggen in webomgeving waar app vervolgens blijft hangen. Eigenlijk een schande voor zorgverzekeraar CZ dit.
Na update
Na de update van gisteren doet de app het helemaal niet meer.
