Frederique Constant Smartwatch, is the companion application for your Frederique Constant Swiss Horological Smartwatches.

The app works in partnership with your Frederique Constant watch, recording your data and displaying your results thanks to user-friendly graphics.

Follow your progress daily and improve your lifestyle and fitness regime with the help of the app. It will provide insight into how much you have moved and slept during the day, week, or month. Moreover, the goal and dynamic coaching system will encourage you to get a better understanding of yourself and your patterns.

DAILY GOALS
View a daily summary of steps, sleep, and combined progress toward the goals you’ve set for yourself.

ACTIVITY
See a breakdown of daily, weekly and monthly steps, calories burned, and total distance reached, as well as the percentage of steps taken toward your goal.
Receive tailored feedback and advice thanks to the Activity Coach.

SLEEP
Get details on how much time you spent in deep sleep, light sleep or awake, as well as how long it took you to fall asleep and how many times you woke up during the night.
The Sleep Coach will bring you guidance based on your data.

DYNAMIC COACH
Dynamic Coach provides targeted tips to help you meet your activity and sleep goals, as well as analysis of your progress to keep you motivated.

Set a Get Active Alert to remind you to move if you’ve been idle for a set amount of time.

CONNECT WITH APPLE HEALTH KIT
You can use Apple Health to share your step and sleep data between Frederique Constant Smartwatch app and Apple Health. You can manage Apple Health settings in the Apple Health App and turn on reading and writing of steps and sleep analysis.

Receive the following text message: the I Tunes Storeis unable to process purchase at this time “try again later” tried several times... also the time on my watch isn’t correct... pyrex2021

Only errors, unfortunately

You have to create a profile which requires email verification. Seems like this is not an automatic process because the verification email is sent much later and by then the link has expired. Since then only errors on the app. Trying for two days now, watch still not connected to iphone. The other app by Frederique Constant doesn’t pair the watch either... can’t even see the time without pairing, it’s always 10.10h

So I’m bringing the watch back...

Dear user,

There was a Cloud related issue throughout the past week that has impacted the creation of new accounts on the App and the receipt of the verification code. This was resolved at the end of last week.

Please try to remove the App and start the process again from the beginning and contact the Frederique Constant if you still have difficulties with it.

New design is not good

Gave feedback via app as well. The new design does not give the month en year totals anymore. You cannot edit your sleep anymore, very disappointing because my sleep records are useless now. Miss my history. I am not interested in benchmarks so why put it in. Upgrade made me loose my interest in this watch. Already looking for another one!

In the meantime, you can check your historical data via the Swiss Cloud Portal https://www.swisscloudportal.com/sc365. We are also reviewing when we can add the Edit Sleep feature again.
