SAVED COLLECTIONS
The collections list allows you to quickly find all data related to any trip — making it easy to sort and locate the course or location you’re looking for.
CLOUD STORAGE
The waypoints, courses and activities you’ve created will automatically sync to your Garmin Explore web account when you’re within cellular or
Wi-Fi range, preserving your activity data with cloud storage. A Garmin account is required for storing your data in the cloud.
LIVETRACK™
With the use of the LiveTrack™ feature, loved ones can follow your location in real time(2) and see data such as distance, time and elevation.

Werkt prima met GPSMAP 66st
De app werkt perfect met de GPSMAP66st. Soms is het even puzzelen wat je moet gebruiken. Garmin Connect of de webpagina of de PC. GPX bestanden op de iPhone moet je delen met Garmin Explore.
Synchroniseren na een wandeling werkt goed en snel.

Zeer handige tool bij mijn Garmin 67i
Was goed, maar nu niet meer
Tot voor maanden geleden nog prima app om te gebruiken bij mijn Garmin Fenix en inmiddels 2e Tactix. Mooie routes snel uitzetten en makkelijk overzetten naar de horloges voor navigatie. Daar waar ik nu routes uitzet in gebieden waar ik eerder was, maakt de app rare, compleet onnodige omleidingen. Wel komt met grote regelmaat naar voren dat ik mij kan abonneren op Garmin Maps+. Lekker dan! Erg slecht Garmin. Afdwingen / manipuleren komen dan bij mij op.

Hi 112Sniper, please review the Course Creator Tutorial in the Explore app, I think there are some tools available that can help with editing a course. Our design is for you to set your Start and Finish and then have the Course Creator follow roads and trails automatically so you don't have to tap out many points to create a course by hand. There are times when you would like to take a different trail so we have a tool to drag the course line to a new location and have it snap to that new trail. There are other times when you might want to turn off the automatic snapping and use a direct course segment to cross an area where there are no trails or correct an error in the trail geometry, this tool is also described in the tutorial.
