The best APP for (learning) self Defence
In this app you get to learn practical self defense from Luke Holloway, founder of Raw Combat International (RCI).
The SSSP Basics (street smart self protection) lessons aren’t just what if someone grapes you here, or want to punch you like that. Luke is a security professional and bases his lessons on what he has learned thought the years. (Bar security, bodyguard and VIP security, just to name a few)
So the lessons start with basis how to prevent getting into a situation, building skills that are for every day.
Skills like:
situation awareness
Risk Management
De-escalation
And it’s giving in a easy to understand way, baseed on theorie but explained though his on experience making it more relatable and easier to understand.
The SSSP Basics contains several Modules, divided in sections which contain several lessons, clearly named after the main point of that lessons and how long that lessons takes.
And al this is just from one of the sections of the APP, honestly it just offers to much to give in a short review.
Best just to try it out, even if you’re already taking martial arts or self defense classes. because most don’t go into the before and after like Luke does.
