My eve account was locked after changing phones and customer support sorted it out (the country code was wrong or something like that) and I was able to log in an recover all my data . I paid for the app lifetime and I’m a very happy user. I love eve and glow ❤️🥳😁

I’ve been using it for years now to be faced for the second time with a blocked app, it just won’t open saying some random thing like “because of prolonged period of inactivity”. That’s rubbish after which the app goes blank. When I try to log in via browser I literally have to key in “glow log in” because on its page there is no log in or personal account section- it is all sales, never ending sales! And there is no way I can find my subscription management section. They also never send notifications of annual subscription expiration, neither by email nor in app. I want access my data hey, I trusted Glow. What have I done ?

I’ve been using Eve for almost ten years and switched to Glow. Paid membership always. They had an app update a week and logged out my account automatically, never got it or my daily recorded data back. Never heard back from customer service either. Not coming back.
